Anthony

I did laugh a little at the reaction to the headstand scene. Lycoris Recoil has so little over the top fan service that it really catches you off guard

Nolan L Thomas

I’m with you,Sam. Having to budget on bullets in life and death situations is crazy.

RMS

The relationship between Mizuki and Kurumi is definitely very funny now that I’m paying attention to it while rewatching lol it’s like Kurumi is the annoying little sister The Alan institute is also not a ‘good’ institution. They save people but don’t let them choose their own path so people are indebted to the Alan institute for life. Chisato didn’t even have a choice in her talent and now she’s expected to be this top DA killer when that’s not who she is.

Sekraan

It's funny because the Alan Institute is clearly inspired by the MacArthur Foundation which has no strings attached to its "genius grants". This show went with the approach of 'what if the foundation was *really* serious about ensuring grantees continued with the activities that elicited the award'.

Fluff

I love that she really did just knock that poor kid out with a neck chop and that she was slumped over for the rest of the scene

A Jiang

not sure if yall found out about it, but guns are illegal and not realistically obtainable by the average citizen, though the police not assuming the worst is kinda funny

Made Putra

modern day Japan has a really low gun ownership percentage. and another factor is that this anime's version of Japan seems to also have a heavy level of "censorship"? of actual terrorist or criminal incidents. like we saw in the earlier episodes where they covered up the true nature of the train incident, it seams like the gov covers up a lot of the underground criminal stuff, even towards their regular Police force as we saw with the detective that had to sneak into the destroyed train tunnel

Kerbeks

While it’s not super confirmed It does seem very much like Mika is gay. They say he wouldn’t be dating the commander, and the second they see the person he’s meeting is a man Chisato immediately assumes it is a date and starts leaving, feels a bit too strong of a reaction if she didn’t know beforehand that he swings that way imo. Ofc it wasn’t a date, but still, good for him
