I do wish Magneto had helped em against Bastion too but his ego will always win out when it comes to him & Charles like Magneto was held captive & he ultimately blames humanity for what happened to Genosha even tho it was Mr Sinister & Bastion who caused it to happen. Magneto blacking out the whole earth was crazy, loved the 2 teams we got going into fight & we saw so many more marvel character cameos so fun ! That was Black Panther 😂the one with the cape & the heroes who saved Daredevil were Cloak & Dagger they also have their own show. They also showed Peter Parker & Mary Jane from the 90’s Spider-Man animated series which also crossed over with OG X Men show , Rogue was flirting with Peter 🙌🏼

It's cool seeing people experience X-men for the first time. There's a reason why they are the goats of Marvel alongside with Spiderman. After this series if you guys still want to go down the X-men rabbit hole, reaction to the X-men movies would be hype.

Never really understood the whole “Magneto got us into this mess” argument from Scott, Roberto OR President Kelly. Magneto didn’t bomb Genosha and then unleash Prime Sentinels. He didn’t enact this war at all.

Sam makes me feel very vindicated for having voted for this as long as I did! I don't think ANYONE was expecting this show to turn out as good as it did, and most just assumed it'd be nostalgia bait. Instead the show respects the the audience for the old cartoon is now grown up, and deserved a show with deeper themes and stronger writing. One thing I love about the X-Men has always been how diverse the cast is. They've had women written this well and respected for decades now. Even Jubilee with her fireworks got moments where she was hotshit.

Yeah, the shows are set in the same universe. The ’90s Spider-Man series has several story arcs where he teams up with the X-Men from the original series. Here, though, it’s just a cameo. It’s a really good show, and I highly recommend it!

Honestly, I felt the same way about the series as Sam. I went thinking it was gonna be a typical kid show and was blown away by how deep it gets. One of the best first seasons of any anime show. Unfortunately. The showrunner and main writer of the series was fired when this premiered he’s suing Disney saying that they did not like him because of his LGBTQ ways. Saying that Marvel is homophobic. Say other creators were fired for similar reasons . Marble responded, saying that the main show runner was inappropriate to staff members. Showing them inappropriate photos of superhero characters to get inspiration and other allegations. The second season has a completely new writing staff. It’s OK it’s fine. But you can definitely tell the original showrunner really put his heart in the soul behind the first season, which is not there. Go in with lower expectations. The finale is underwhelming for season two.
