Grisha attacked the Reiss family the same day as erens mom died, he stole the royal family’s ultimate most powerful titan and then the next day when he returned to Trost he found eren and passed the royal family titan to eren. Here’s the thing though.... erens dad already had a titan power (unnamed so far) and then ate Frieda gaining a second titan power. Therefore when he injected eren and turned him into a dumb titan eren ate grisha and took two titan powers from him. Eren is more powerful then we previously realised. So far we have only seen him use the titan power that his dad had when he fought Frieda, eren hasn’t used the royal titan.

Levi is also named Ackerman, him mikasa and Kenny are related in some way

In order of how we found out the ackerman last name. We first knew Mikasa had the last name in season 1. Then season 2 (might be early season 3, dont remember), there was a brief mention of Levi's last name. Many people had connected that but MANY have not! So don't feel bad. Then this episode is when we learn more about the Ackerman family as a whole.

Not a spoiler, if you work out the timeline you can figure it out, erens dad left the house, went to the Reiss home, we see him in episode 2 on a horse riding back, this was after he killed the family, that’s when it flashes to the first scene with the injection which we now know happened the day after when he returned

In the manga and in the show, Kenny reveals Levi's last name as Ackerman after Kenny kills the Boss merchant Dimo Reeves in episode 2 of this season 3. But almost everyone was spoiled on that detail through a variety of sources when watching the anime.

It can be frustrating to see reactors miss or forget important information, especially if it was dropped in a previous episode. I think we feel worried that they won't understand what's happening and miss out on big reveals, so we're tempted to provide a detailed summary of what happened. However, part of the fun of AoT is experiencing it yourself! @Sean Carroll, your parent comment technically isn't spoilers as all that information has happened in the show. But I recommend not spelling out everything for the React Pack - they will eventually figure it out for themselves, and that will be all the more fun for them (and us), rather than them learning it from a comment. If they had requested this information, sure we can let them know, but I recommend we all chill and let it unfold.

Will they really figure out eventually? Or just be clueless forever? I feel there are a lot of reactors that have trouble putting two and two together for w/e reason. Even some of the more obvious stuff can go over ppl's heads, for w/e weird reason.

Exactly Zagreus, not saying the react pack will forget but most likely will not discuss what I just told them, it’s just a helpful bit of information to fill in details that they may not be aware of, and given the fact that we will only truly revisit this moment in season 4 part 2 which is about 9 months away at least then it’s likely that they will have forgotten some key details in the time until part 2.
