Howdy folks! I have paused my patron billing for the next month, as i'm taking a short break from working on video scripts. Nothing to be worried about, just need to take a breather before coming back with ~fresh eyes~Thanks,

I'm sure I speak for pretty much all your patrons when I say that you don't need to pause your patron billing just because you're taking a little break. Giving money to you monthly comes with the understanding that you are still a human, and the expectation that you won't work on videos day in, day out. An unpaid break isn't much of a break. It feels more like saying "I don't deserve a living if I don't produce for a bit", which, granted, is a mentality that's deeply ingrained in most/all of us (thanks, capitalism), but that doesn't make it any less twisted. TL;DR: shut up and take our money, skullman! And enjoy your break :).

I think you shouldn't pause it when next time. I'm sure everyone who watches your stuff wouldn't mind, and honestly, this is your job and vacations are usually paid when you have a job and don't live in a hellscape.

you should be entitled to paid leave each year. pretty sure that's part of what the left stands for. I think I remember something about labour unions fighting for it? either way, I'm happy to continuing paying while you rest and refresh.

You dont need to pause billing, Id gladly support you in the months where you are chilling out as well- after all a mental and physical break definitely also help with video writing/making. Enjoy your break tho
