Gratitude Mantra - Thank You Meditation (Patreon)

Hey There, Patrons! This one's to you from me to say Thank You in the spirit of this heartwarming season. It's really the introduction for the complete Thank You Meditation which will be on the EP and higher tiers.

I played around with the video by trimming it and adding some nifty transitions and information. It's an official "Patreon Pre-Release and in 3 days will be a public video to welcome people to join my yoga videos and more patreon page!

I have my health, and an amazing place to call home, good friends, loving family, an inspiring career, and the list goes on and on. With this mantra I'd like to share with YOU this expression gratitude and I hope that you can feel it too :)
