Content

Glimmer has become quite popular with her unique blend of true crime commentary and makeup tutorials. In her last viral hit, she comments on the troubling Cult of Horde Prime... while looking fab! :D

I really love these series of SPOP's characters as content creators, and would love to do more scenes-fake screenshots! Any suggestions-petitions? ( •̯́ ₃ •̯̀)

Yes I love the content creator au!

Lyssandia

OH YES I LOVE IT! That's hilarious! I so love the Prime ad and I know exactly where the small Glimmer icon comes from. XD ALSO: I love seeing Glimmer! Make one for Bow, too! He could do a tutorial about archery or something! Would also be funny to see some "behind the scenes" or whatever of the show, like the characters are all just actors? Like we see Catra getting into her show costume or something like that. xD

Lucina Lankford

I love social media AUs! This is so good!

Yes! Bow being like that guy on tiktok that does archery trickshots and talks about the history of bows!

Lisra

less wholesome than Catra's tiktok, but no less fun! :D

Largemovingtorb

Every single one of Glimmer's posts will Castaspella making embarrassing and awkward comments.

Branden Bull

Maaaan these are all so fun! This definitely seems like Glimmer's vibe to do a channel like this, and then some days she takes about something she is really passionate about or causes her to rage and she forgets to keep doing her make up or messing it up, which the audience loves xD

Branden Bull

Okaaaay, so I had a few ideas thinking about what some of the other characters might be doing : Entrapta doing different experiments with Hordak as partner- something explosive or electrifying (like in the style of ElectroBOOM or Mythbusters xD) Wrong Hordak as baker/cook on social media (maybe while talking about being a recovering cult member?) Maybe doing a collab with Perfuma making cakes or pastries that look like flowers Scorpia showing how to buff out shells and make them extra shiny (normally a work out channel, but had a special request because her carapace always looks so good) Oh, maybe a collab between Adora and Sorpia, a friendly/competitive work out session Mermista as a Mermystery review channel/true crime, talking passionately about a particular scene/crime Sea Hawk as a YouTube channel just burning things, maybe chat going crazy, particularly his friends/Mermista yelling at him xD Frosta as a Let's Player, or into competitive First Person Shooters, raging at something that has happened in the game

Lol, these are all great Branden! Taking notes for future drawings! I also love the idea of them interacting between channels :)

Somehow when I think of a human Scorpia, I could imagine her as someone who has two prosthetic forearms after an accident. So she could be someone who encourages others that life still gets on even after something bad happened?

Branden Bull

Oh whoops, I totally thought of them as Canon species, I forgoooot lol. Okay in that case, it would be her showing how to care for and make the prosthetics in good shape, and does still exercise but also is a motivational speaker, give encouragement and gains xD

Yeah, now THAT I would LOVE to see as all of the SPOP 2018 characters (even the background actors/stunt doubles) interacts with one another behind-the-scenes and making celebrity appearances abd such! 💯🙌🏾

Yes, Catra is human in this Au, so Scorpia would be too! The prosthetics idea is so good, and I like both your ideas (the motivational speaker thing and the prosthetics care!) Like a disability advocate!

Entrapta: he’s like wrong Hordak in real life!. Hordak: yes that’s true, it was easier to get into character with him

Branden Bull
>>160705073

Yes exactly! I have seen a lot of fics that have Scorpia as either having not arms or just one, and having someone like that be a prominent social media figure is a great idea! Maybe she can also be using her feet to do things? I know that some people who are born without arms or lose them end up using their feet for a lot of the things people with hands usually do, so that could be neat!

Entrapta would be making robots that do their job badly. And Hordak would be the one who volunteers to be subjected to their tests like a robot that does your makeup for you…badly.

Branden Bull

Oh that is a great idea! And that is fun collab idea actually, Entrapta makes a make-up robot, then does a stream with Glimmer where the robot either does Glimmer's make-up to compare it, or Hordak's make-up while Glimmer observes and looks increasingly doubtful and worried. XD
