Hey everyone, hope you're doing well through this cold, holiday season! Brady's pretty swamped with Christmas hours at the moment, so unfortunately the podcast will likely be quite late this month. Apologies for the inconvenience.

As always though, you guys can post any questions you have for us here in the meantime!

Comments

Big Cal's World

Worst Christmas present you ever received?

radiantchaos

Have u ever played the DS version of the first Raving Rabbids game. And have you always been aware that it’s a 2d platformer?

nova

I recently ordered a gamecube from Japan and have been wanting to expand my collection. What is the best way to record footage off it and What are some cool gamecube games to check out?

Bladebrent

Brady, if you could meet Captain Amiibo in real life, what would you do or say to him?

MooD

What's the worst brand of toilet paper you've ever used?

MrBizzness

Hey James and Brady, Merry Christmas and happy new year! I was wondering if you had any good recommendations for Multiplayer games to play with your Significant Other. Mine isn't much of a gamer, so I'm open to most ideas.

The Brain Train

Anything that makes you really FUCKING MAD as of recent?

Turkeyham

Brady, if you could be a anthropomorphic fruit/vegetable which would you be? Same question for James but he's got to be a dessert.

Andres Vial

Have any of you played any of the Parasite Eve games? I feel like they are not very known or remembered nowadays

dai

you cast a spell, what's it called what's it do

Bosco Bear

Have you heard-of or played Tinykin? It looks like a Pikmin-like game. But it has a lot more in common with Chibi-Robo for the exploration and story.

Brobey

Would love to know what your favo(u)rite titles for the Sega Dreamcast are. A lot of hidden ones no one really ever gets to talk about.

MMOverlord

PVC

hey man, love your stuff. i wanted to ask if you have heard of ghosthunter on ps2? it was the most frustrating horror themed on the console for me and i think you would have a field day with this. also its weirdly connected to the medievil series because you can meet sir daniel's descendant who is also a skeleton with one eye. cheers

smudgebap

Mojo Lecrowe

Hey guys! Been a fan since James' Rule of Rose review in 2018 and a Patron since 2022! I have one question each for the both of you! For James, if there was one old Nitro Rad review that you want to revisit that you haven't mentioned wanting to revisit, what would it be and why? For Brady, if Punky Skunk ever got a 3D platforming game, how would you want to see it done? Much love and take care!

Umyum

dear james and brady do u guys have fave youtubers? i like oney plays nakeyjakey and nitrorad i think you and brady know that last guy pretty well.

Jump On Everything

Hey Bames and Jrady, have either of you seen "nirvanna the band the show"? If you haven't it's a Canadian series about the two guys from the wii shop Wednesday song repeatedly trying and failing to get a gig at a club, thought you guys might enjoy it. Also can't wait for the sonic adventure video!

Bigfoot In hiding?

You guys gonna watch the Cocaine bear movie next year?

RetroJay

Hey James and Brady! Hope all is well! I just wanted to ask if you would ever cover smaller indie 3D platformers on the nitro rad channel. There’s a great 3D platformer that just came out recently called Super Kiwi 64 on the switch Eshop that I think is definatley worth your time!

Tom Bruynell

If you could take any two games that you consider “bad” and mix them together in an attempt to make a game better than the sun of its parts, which two would you choose and why?

Mae C

Hey James and Brady! I’ve watched you for a long time, and with Nitro Rad I’ve always felt like you’ve had a good foot in the indie game scene so I’ve gotta ask if you’ve ever played or are familiar with Cave Story. Totally cool if you haven’t! But if you did, whatcha think? It’s a favorite of mine. Thanks!

AirbendingKwakwa

I'm so sorry if this question isn't right, since I didn't watch most episodes, so feel free to skip it. Have you ever played Outer Wilds? It is a video game literally unlike anything else, and I would love to hear your opinion if you did play it. Another two games I feel like would be of interest for NitroRad are Supraland and Journey to the Savage Planet, two very unique platformers that borrow from other genres: Supraland has a lot of Portal-type puzzles in an open world setting + a take on platforming I'd never seen before; Journey to the Savage Planet is a platforming 3D metroidvania with some real cool environments!

nova

What are yall thoughts on Yuji Naka getting arrested twice recently for insider trading?

BansheeNeet

if you could interview any game developer, living or dead, who would it be?

Only For Sana

Hello James and Brady! As a new patron I am so happy to look through the back catalog of casts with all that sweet extra brady content. I was wondering how you guys feel about modern indie hybrid horror/strong themes-sorta games. I find the genre veering towards rpgs like LISA, Omori, Undertale, etc. I am somewhat interested to see how people could adapt the narrative elements of those games into other genres through game design. I know there’s little nightmares as a horror 3D platformer, but that still presents itself as a horror game first. Omori, for instance still feels like it’s much of an rpg as it is having horror yume-nikki like elements. I would like to see something like a horror 3D platformer that still feels close to something like a mario 64 or mario sunshine or banjo kazooie. I want it to feel like how Omori (sorry for mostly thinking of just that game) feels close to its RPG and environmental inspirations. That is just an example, is there a genre mashup you guys wish could be well executed, doesn’t have to just be horror.

Hesiolite

Hi James and Brady! I'm running out of place under my tv stand and on my multi-socket to plug my consoles. What are your tips and tricks for console collectors to avoid spending as much time taking consoles out of the box, plugging and unplugging them?

John Flop

Happy holidays! Question for both of you, we all know that flawed or bad games never get remakes even though it'd be really interesting to revisit those games and attempt to improve them, so what are your most desired remakes for games that you think would benefit the most from a revisit?

Jacob Colding

Happy holidays! Since James talked about Alien movies last time, i wanted to ask if you have played Alien: Isolation? It's around the first movie. And the developers got access to audio files from the and even Concept art for all the thing that never was in the first movie. If you haven't played it yet. Then get it on Xbox. Since it upgraded to 60 FPS on Series Consoles now

Vaughn Proctor

Similar to AVGN, have you ever thought about releasing a physical set of your episodes or media?

Marisa Winters (She Her)

Hola! i just made this patreon account and this is my first subscription! i just wanted to ask if you guys speak spanish? (sorry for the bad english btw xd)

Stian Elvsås

What are your Christmas traditions? Do you have a specific one you are fond of and one you severely dislike? Merry Christmas to both of you! Thanks for being awesome ^.^

hay

hey (hay) james and brady! maybe generic question but whats a game everyone seems to love that you just cant bring yourself to like?

Delinquent

Just joined your patreon. Happy Holidays to you and Brady! Looking forward for all future content!

Alan ROSSI

what is your opinion on transformers armada: the game for the ps2 and have you played metal slug 3d (the one that nobody likes)
