ポーズの練習ですが、語彙に変化がないのか以前もやったポーズが多めです。

胸と膝太ももがついてるポーズ好きなんですが、なかなか難しい。

今週は残り毎日更新（もしかしたらどこかで1日休むかも）目指して頑張ります！

I'm practicing poses, but it seems like my vocabulary hasn't expanded  much, as I'm doing many poses I've done before. I really like poses  where the chest and the inner thighs touch, but they're quite  challenging. I'll do my best to update daily for the rest of the week  (though I might take a day off at some point)!
