Hi Taty, I refollowed you cuz somehow you weren't on my list of followed accounts anymore, idk why. but now I wanna subscribe and whatever tier I try, also monthly or annually, it does not work. all options are greyed out at the payment checkout. would you have an idea why? I'm really puzzled by this. Thanks!

I see this at the very bottom at the checkout : "You have a subscription with an integrated payment system. Use the app to change your payment information." I have no idea what it means. I am in the app. I also tried on my PC, no luck.

I believe it is a problem with your payment method on App Store or Play Store settings. Even if you're in the app, Patreon sometimes blocks new subscriptions until the existing payment method is updated or removed. Here are two things you can try: Update or remove your payment method in the Patreon app under Settings → Payment methods. If that doesn’t fix it, the quickest workaround is to create a new Patreon account with a different email. When you join from the new account, everything should work normally, and the discount will be applied automatically. If it still doesn’t work, please let me know and I’ll do my best to help! 💛
