New Tutorial! 🥳

In this Patreon-only tutorial, we’ll paint a peaceful Lake Vista with mountains, trees, and a cozy scene by the water. 🏔️🌿

This girl is daydreaming as she watches the beautiful lake with her best friend by her side. 🐕💛 We’ll try to capture this happy and blissful moment together, step by step.

I've prepared a sketch to help you get started with this tutorial. We’ll begin by importing it and jump straight into painting. 🎨

The tutorial consists of 2 parts. The video above is Part 1, in which we will apply all the base colors and build the foundation of our painting.

In Part 2, we’ll add textures, finishing details, and final touches to bring the composition together.

You can watch Part 2 here:

Just a lovely, restful scene. Thank you, Taty, for always suprising us with new and colorful tutorials! 👩🏻‍🎨❤️

Part one completed! ☺️ This lake scenery was relatively simple since we could go straight into adding the colors. Since there was no sketching this time, I actually found myself missing the process of following along with you and drawing the sketch step by step. Even though sketching takes quite a bit of time, it’s also a valuable chance for me to practice my drawing skills, so I really enjoy that part of the process. ☺️

I just opened Part Two and saw that the video is an hour long. Suddenly, I’m feeling very grateful that the sketch was already prepared for us this time, so I don’t have to slowly draw it myself. Hahaha! 🤣

Thank you so much for your feedback Lily. I will consider that in my future tutorials. I like to include sketching process into my videos most of the time, when the coloring part is not too long. I also noticed that very few people actually follow sketching tutorials, but I will still try to include it whenever it’s possible. Looking forward to seeing your version 😊

Many thanks Maria, I truly appreciate your comment 🩷

Thanks Laura, I am still in summer mood, even though it’s already getting cold here 😁 Will have to switch soon

So I really like how you divide the tutorial into two parts. This way, those who want to jump straight into coloring can do so, while those who want to learn more about the sketching process can follow that part as well.
