In this easy-to-follow tutorial, we will create a beach composition.

We will first draw the ocean and then an umbrella, a dock, and a beach ball.

The tutorial comes with a mixed brushset, a color palette, and there is also an image (Sunbathing Girl) that you can import to your canvas in the end.

You can download all files below or via this alternative link

Have a nice weekend  ❤️

So so fun!! Probably will be drawing this one multiple times!! Thank you for always teaching us new ways to create unique art! I did have trouble with creating the mono line brush. It looked like yours after creating it but when I tried in freeform mode to create the dock it warped and was way too thin... I am positive I missed.a step but could not find out where I went wrong. (I ended up using rectangles like we did on the waffle squares though and it worked out fine. )😁 Thank you Taty!

I can't figure out why I can't get the "liquify" to work across the entire top sand layer. :( I've rebooted my iPad and still no change. I can get it to go a couple of times, but as I move down it stops. Any ideas?

I just figured it out! I was putting my pencil to close to the edge of the area, when I moved it to the left (towards the blue water) it acts great. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Loved making this! I did have some trouble with beach pier- when I stretched it upward to make planks- it was not uniform. Can I make a technical adjustment?

I cannot figure how why I am having issues getting the white shape. The 3rd layer of sand turns white…I do not get a white shape at the top layer. I’m sure it’s user error. lol

Where can I find the “Touchups” brushes (Stubble brush) that you used in the tutorial?
