Chapter 3 Reboot, Page 26 (Patreon)

I'm almost up to 80 pages on this reboot! The next update will be available to all paid tiers and will be every page from Chapter 3 all together. There will be one minor change for people who read the pages as they went up, and that's me going in and italicizing all inner dialogue. I didn't do that in previous chapters and I need to fix that, but going forward I will be doing that. I may or may not change the font for inner monologue to something else, it's something I have been debating.

Process Images

This was a weird page to rework! Thumbnails. I added two small panels that weren't on the original, basically to show "Oh, these two don't get along" a little better. I also felt it help set things up for the next chapter, which I absolutely cannot wait to get to work on!

Line art and spot blacking!

Silhouettes!

Silhouettes! I was a bit vague with the four in the middle because I knew an effect would cover them.

Shadows!

Lights and gradations!

Patterns, textures, effects, etc. The door disappeared!

Dialogue and sound effects! I used to have a line that harkened back to Back to the Future, which is a film I adore, but I took it out because I removed the line preceding it asking where the car was.
