Chapter 4 Reboot, Page 2 (Patreon)

My kid goes back to school really soon and it's been a jam-packed week of me doing last minute things for her to be ready but also get time in with her before she's gone all day again. I'm excited to have my work days back but I also know I'll miss having her around. Complicated feelings!

Heads up, I might not have the next page go up Tuesday. I might have something else go up but if not you'll see something later in the week.

Process Images

Usually this is where the thumbnail would go, but for this chapter there won't be thumbnails, just me working over the original black and white pages. I won't lie, some of these pages I will probably end up preferring the black and white versions! They are still near and dear to my heart and I'm still learning how to color for comics.

Flipped the image and redid the hair for two of the characters. Designing my two mains to have asymmetrical hairstyles was such a mistake! haha

Shadows at night are harder in color, I feel like. I don't know why.

Line effects, textures, patterns...

Snuck in a few small changes here and there and then added the sound effects and dialogue during this step. All done! Ooof, I still have so much to learn.
