FaLLEN Reboot, Ch. 6 Page 8 (Patreon)

This feels like it took forever!! Goodness, I haven't finished a page since early January, ugh. I'm so glad I'm done with all the stuff I had to do for the Kickstarter deliveries. Hoping the next page will be out next week, finger's crossed!

Ten panels in one page! It's so stuffed, haha.

BTW, this account was changed by Patreon to be an 18+ account, which is interesting since all I have posted have been very few topless illustrations. I thought I would lose some people but apparently I didn't! I was waiting to see what I could do about restricting access to certain tiers, but looks like Patreon made the call for me and I will be posting a NSFW illustration or two to the new tier within a few days, and I will slowly start marking some older illustrations as NSFW. The main comic pages will NOT go into this category, but certain pages for the bonus comic going out to Kickstarter backers will.

The Process

This did NOT work for the new page size I work on. I ended up having to make some changes, for better or for worse, and drew an extra panel to prop up a joke a bit. I've also been taking out some of the swearing from my comic, if you all haven't noticed. Some I leave but most I replace.

Here I have moved panels around and sketched in some newer panels. I wanted to downplay some panels and give a smaller part of an earlier panel its own panel.W

Working digitally made those top four panels go quickly! I added a background and after looking at photos of the city that inspired the look of Ash Haven, I decided to add some bricked sidewalk effects. I might go back and change the sidewalk in previous pages to match this page. (Or I might forget...)

I keep changing my mind on what color I want Lamia's socks to be!

I'm not sure what those butt shadows were supposed to be lol.

Added patterns, textures, etc.

I realized while working on this page I forgot to add the wind effects in the first panel. I probably should add a BRRR sound effect but this page's file size is getting scary now...
