FaLLEN Reboot, First Finished Page!! (Patreon)

I say finished page, but this is basically a test page (it will probably make it into the final version with some minor tweaks). This is page 7 from the rebooted first chapter. I don't know why I started with this page, haha, maybe because it is pretty simple. I wanted to experiment with panel placement and line width, colors, fonts (I will be changing that Munchkin font) and colors. It's weird to see this in color!!

I don't always ask for feedback but I would like some for this. We're now a left to right, full-color comic that utilizes some American comic specs and standards. I am using tone in the backgrounds and other areas, and I am using sound effects a bit more than American comics, but yeah... really going for something that feels the same but different. FaLLEN 2.0.

I also did this to see how long it would take me to work on. It was a holiday week (and my kid's pet lizard died, so... a lot was going on) so I didn't get to focus on it as much as I normally would, but I got this one page done in three days. Most of that time was really me testing different fonts and panel options, etc. I also smooshed two pages together into one, so this is a bit different from the thumbnails I showed you all.

So yeah... FaLLEN in color!! Wooo!!! I will post this to Twitter tomorrow sometime, but you guys get an early viewing. The other pages you will get to see the full images here, and I'll only post teasers on social media. Gotta generate some interest somehow.
