I'm such an idiot... I PACKED IN DIALOGUE like a crazy person because I wanted to see what I could get away with by using American comic formatting. The lefthand page has very little dialogue though so maybe it won't be too overwhelming...

Some of my crazy sketches for the line art! Some are final product some are midway-- looking at this again, I think I prefer the expression here for Panel 7, but oh well.

Panels and dialogue placement and most of the linework is finished but not cropped/edited.

Silhouettes!

Flat colors!

Shadows and spot blacking!

Worked a bit with patterns, did highlights, eyes, gradations...

Added sound effects, line effects, blush, etc. Finished dialogue and balloons.
