Sampler Books Arrived! (Patreon)

I'm pretty excited! Unexpectedly, the sampler books I made for FaLLEN Vol. 2 arrived today. I made this booklet to test the printing and make sure the new threshold settings will look good, and sure enough there were no problems with them. 

I also printed up some pages from chapters (8-11) from before I started using the new setting, and I think I'm going to go ahead and re-scan those previous chapters with the new setting. I also have a feeling I'm going to tinker with the art a bit digitally, since I looked at Chapter 8 (first chapter in Vol. 2) and I was shocked at how crappy some of it looked, heh. Probably will just add more blacks here and there, since the pages are a bit too white/gray for my tastes.

Once I finish correcting those, I'll post before/after shots so you guys can compare.

Currently inking 4 pages with four more penciled pages on my desk. Might run a little late with this week's update, but I think next week I will have up to page 20 completed. Busy busy busy month, but at least I know the new scanning method is going to work!
