Well *this* robot fucker's heart is melted. Great action and a beautiful ending, hope to see more of those two (five?) in the future

❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ Sooo Zex stayed with them on the ship? NOICE

Jessika

"Navigating an Asteroid Field...Never tell me the odds"....Always love your subtle nods for us Star Wars nerds in your stories...haha

Jade Diaz

I imagine Zex sounding like Marvin the epically depressed robot from Hitchhiker’s. “I have a brain the size of a planet and I’m making cheeseburgers for the captain.”

Wojtek

I understand Maggie, why do you want a second season with a bit of a mix of melodrama, risky space adventures, relationships and chivalrous romance and erotica, could it be a space opera? Make Tempreresses not war, i just love android with human feelings. I don't know “Do androids dream about electric sheep?” but I think in Deliah's case, she dreams about more pleasant things, if she needs sleep at all. Blade Runner anyone😘😚💖?

Tim

Great ending to a fantastic story. You really brought this tale full circle, and your artwork, as usual, is outstanding.

Tim

Commander K'Vex and her pleasure drone crew of five marooned on an uninhabited garden planet?... I see a Wrath of Khan sequel in the offing.

Jade Diaz

And boobs, Alex. Don't forget those.

Gemma

Within the action, comedy and drama of this story you have interweaved the empathic understanding and personal growth arising in all the various protagonists. Well done Emory.

Ella Cherry

I absolutely loved the story! Great ending too! It was such a fun experience!

Ellen Mellor

That was fantastic. I really enjoyed this story and showed a whole new side of your writing abilities. And the Star Wars references were nearly all beautifully subtle (apart from the Apollyon which is just the Falcon with the cockpit sawn off. Han - and Chewie. And Lando - would be appalled!) There is one question still unanswered though. Did you eat the jacket potato after photographing it to include in the asteroid field???

Emory Ahlberg

Thank you so much, Ella! I'm sure it's obvious how much fun I had with these zany characters and universe. I hope to return one day!

Emory Ahlberg

Thanks so much, Ellen! I had so much fun writing these characters and this zany universe. It was fun playing with those sci-fi touchstones we all know. With the Apollyon, I pictured something Corinne wouldn't mind getting dented, you know? Practical, tough, maybe a bit intimidating... like her! LOL I am known to be a fiend for potatoes, sooo 😉

Emory Ahlberg

Aww, I'm so glad it hit you in the feels, Amber! And yeah, I really love how they sort of stumbled into becoming this incredibly weird, messy, but functional found family. Seeing them all together on the Apollyon, heading towards this AI sanctuary... I definitely feel like their story isn't quite over. I've got a few ideas bubbling away for sure. Thanks so much for reading! 💕

Emory Ahlberg

Haha - this was Season 2, Maggie! But a Season 3 is definitely a possibility. Wojtek - I don't think Delilah *needs* sleep, but maybe she can program a simulation of it! Like Tim said, following the commander and her five sexy crewmates might be interesting... 😉

Emory Ahlberg

LOL - Thank you, Jessika. That's one of those moments that just popped into my head and I loved the idea of Alice actually having faith for once. 😊

Maggie Heels

LOL... OKAY you say "a possibility" I say "not if but rather when?" 😁❣️

Emory Ahlberg

Thank you, Gemma! I wanted PLEASURE DRONES to be both fun as hell AND a tiny bit emotional. I'm glad it worked for you!

Emory Ahlberg

Thank you very much, Tim! ❤️ I don't know if this is the last story I'll tell of Delilah, ALICE, and Corinne... but if so, I think it ended well. 😊
