Tyler just wanted to watch Jill compete. He traded shifts with Hector, grabbed an energy drink, and settled in for the show. That was his first mistake. His second was following the breadcrumbs to a hallway he had no business being in.

Meanwhile, Holly hosts the lingerie round with her usual razor-sharp wit, and Jill steps onto that runway like she's got nothing left to hide.

We're getting close to the end of Phase 9, believe it or not. Can't wait to hear what you think!!! 💕

I almost feel for Tyler. He's a secondary character who I hope doesn't suffer too much. You are doing a good job of continuing to build the tension. We're all waiting to see what happens to the heroines/heroes & villains. Yet another great entry, Emory!

Wow! I've been bingeing on Jack & Jill. Finished (up to episode 33) a few days ago. It's quite a ride. Brilliant artwork, increasingly tense plot, and in between it says some profound things. I knew exactly what Jill meant when she warned Tyler and, until I read this episode, had no idea that Tyler could have misconstrued it. He knows what they do to pretty boys on the island. He was in a narcissistic dream world, I suppose, and dreams on the island are apt to turn into nightmares. I imagine that Jill will pull through whatever happens and Holly is a survivor. But what will happen to the "toys" and and the incomplete projects (like Tyler) when the shit goes down? And, on the basis of earlier episodes, such as intimations that Xu will be shot, it looks as though the shit will go down faster than anyone expects. And what after Phase 9? Will there be a Phase 10? Or maybe Jack and Jill characters will be popping up in other series. Xu did plan for Jill to (effectively) move to Half Sisters. But, if Xu is shot, can that happen? And what's going to happen to...? I was going to start with Brooke, but there are too many to list. So let's just say, what's going to happen to everyone? It's strange, after reading so much of Jack & Jill so quickly, to have the brakes applied and have to wait for the next episode.

Unfortunately, I think Tyler is definitely going to end up fully transitioned quickly. He’s too pretty not to. Second Dawn isn’t in the business of killing people. But they’re definitely in the forces feminization business and Tyler is next on the radar I think.

This chapter is great and especially, Connie. I was wondering did she use any voice enhancer spray when she was talking with Josie? Josie really went commando on her part of the mission. Also I really like how each subplot of everyone is coming together as well as the competition, too. Emory, I was wondering I noticed that work with other writers in terms of stories and ideas. I was wondering can I share my ideas of alternate story of this series to be made into a actual story, if that's okay with you?

Tyler is going to end up like Joey, I think he likes Jill so much that he's going to be transformed to look like her, hopefully his genetics are good enough to give him her big curves lol

2026-09-14 23:00 closer we get to the story's end, farer it seams to be the end. Each episode is a cliffhanger.... that's brain torture Emory! (Litteraly) Connie's situation seams a little tendous.I hope will see how she will solution it ( her regeneration after her chirurgy is awsome. I think She's the real Vulverine! 😁)

I’m sorry to spoil it but it takes one to know one, Tyler already identifies as a woman. She is just afraid to tell anyone. She doesn’t have a crush on Jill, Jill is her heroine for all the right reasons. And she wants to talk to her and confess how she truly feels inside. Because she wants to go through the process. And if they shut down the place she will loose that opportunity. She doesn’t want to be sold off too the highest bidder either. Or be someone’s toy. Nor does she want these girls to suffer or be put under Davies. So she didn’t know what to do. Sorry I just love predicting what will happen.

Thank you, Pedro! Yeah, Tyler’s infatuation with Jill is a dangerous game. I love the irony of him idolizing her curves and beauty, only to potentially end up on Hatcher's table receiving the exact same treatment. Davis has already noticed his cheekbones, so Tyler’s genetics are definitely prime material for the Venus Code to exploit if he gets caught.

Connie absolutely received the mandatory vocal spray. I also loved putting Josie back in her tactical element. And yes! I'm totally open to fan fiction and alternate stories in this universe. I always find it incredibly flattering when readers want to play in this sandbox. 💕

And yeah... the fate of the partially transitioned toys is a big nightmare. You can't just release them into the world half-changed with zero support. I definitely have plans for the fallout, and some characters will absolutely bleed over into other stories because!

Thank you very much, Kris! Yeah, it's hard not to feel a pang of sympathy for Tyler. He's essentially a naive guy playing way out of his depth. He got swept up in the high pay and the voyeuristic fantasy without understanding the true gravity of the evil he was enabling. Ignorance rarely protects anyone on Xu's island, though... And thank you! The tension is almost killing me too lol

Thanks, Emily! 💖 What a fun and valid interpretation of Tyler. The idea that she's projecting her own repressed gender identity onto Jill is kinda beautiful and tragic. Maybe watching those feeds was a safe way to experience transition by proxy. That paralyzing fear of wanting the estrogen but being absolutely terrified of the horrific price tag - becoming Davis's property. Hell, I remember my own early days of transition, sitting in front of a screen, desperately wishing I could step into the shoes of the women I saw while being terrified of the real-world consequences. Interesting theory!

This series has been a good, slow burn. When it's done, I will go back & reread it from the beginning again like I did a few months ago. I'm curious as to how the events occuring in Jack & Jill right now will spill over into Half Sisters. I will have to just wait & see! :)

And the suspense heightens... What you're doing here feels quite subversive. Yes, you're slowly putting all the pieces together for the final explosion but you're also putting us in the position of the audience of the show, taking part in the voyeuristic enjoyment of seeing all of these tortured, broken men parade around in lingerie for our pleasure. Are Holly's comments directed at us as much as they are at the fictional audience? Can we really say that, deep down, there isn't a part of us that would welcome the failure of the revolution if it gave us the opportunity to watch more pretty boys turned into beautiful women and paraded in front of us? I know that I'm guilty of it. While I am looking forward to Xu being shot and whatever happens to Davis happening very slowly, I am also absolutely loving the artwork of the girls in their knickers and deciding which one is my favourite (it's Adele. I would wear the hell out of that set, while lamenting that I don't look anywhere near as good as she does. Jill's is a close second.) To be clear: I am loving the story and this ambiguity is making it even better. More please!
