July is here and it is HOT! ☀️

Our monthly pinup features Jill doing what she loves most - surfing! Maybe someday she'll get to do this as a free woman again, far away from the island. A girl can dream.

JACK & JILL reaches the Phase 9 Finale on the 13th! For real this time. I promise. 😅 We've caught up on all of the flashforwards, and now it's time for the true conclusion. Jill is with an injured Mr. Xu in the surgical wing, her father is desperately searching for her, Angela is trying to get help for Holly... so much is converging at once. Nine years of storytelling. Here we go!

HALF SISTERS gives us Episodes 78 and 79! Canonically, the Ritz of Passage snapshots took place between the previous episodes and these - so Nikki and Sandy have had their spa day and are now starting their first days as freshmen at St. Christopher's! College life begins! Also, Double Platinum members will get to vote on their first day outfits. 😊

LIBERATION - My collaboration with the wonderful Zoe Storm hits chapter 8. And it's an exciting one! Hans - disguised as Florence - is about to experience the city for the first time as a commoner... and as a woman!

This month we have two Snapshots and a pinup series, as well:

Harder to Kill - This was originally scheduled for last month, but the artist had some life stuff come up, so it was delayed. But I'm really excited for you to see it!

Tan Lines - A short story about someone's first time in a bikini!

We'll also have Beach Party Pinups on the 9th! 📌 Fun in the sun for our main girls and a few special guests!

Emory this sounds like a great July line-up. I am going to miss Jack and Jill until it comes back in the late fall or early winter (assuming???) with Season 10! Can't wait to see Nikki's "first day of school" pictures! 😂 She has had more time to live as a girl and clearly did some upscale shopping with Sandy while staying at the Ritz in Dallas. And probably burying the lead here, but OMG this pin-up of Jill is absolutely amazing! The bikini, the lighting, her glow, she looks like she is in her nirvana. I really do hope she does get to surf again. Jack was kidnapped living "Endless Summer" and Jill will come back living "Blue Crush". Though I can't tell if that slightly red sky behind her is early morning rising sun or evening setting sun. Or if it is intended to give a hint to what's ahead for Jill. "Red sky at night sailors' delight. Red Sky at morning, sailors take warning".

Aw, that is sweet! Jill is hard to beat when it comes to brains, beauty, and courage. 💕Nikki and Sandy are (a little) younger and definitely less mature. They still have a lot of story and growth ahead of them. Jill has come so far since Phase 1!

Thank you so much, Diana! Poor Nikki has to "redo" her freshman year at St. Christopher's and, yeah, this time her wardrobe will be much more... varied 😊. And thank you for you compliment on the pinup! I was really happy that I managed to keep the water dark while the sky was so light. I really like the contrast. As for morning or sunset.... I guess we can say they don't call it 'Second Dawn' for nothing!

Poor Jill then! Sounds like Sailors are taking warning at that early morning red sky and dark brooding waters below. Beware Jill, storm flags are out! 🎌 ☔🌩 I guess it may still be some time before Jill gets to ride the waves in her surfing Nerva. But when she does, she will have a far more colorful and interesting wardrobe than just a pair of board shorts or some old wetsuit. 👙 😉 Though finding her balance and center of gravity on the board may take some effort and be a somewhat different experience than she remembers.

Nice to see Jill looking happy for once. She’s had so little to smile about in recent episodes. Let’s hope that Season 9 will end on at least a partially positive note for her. However, we’re only too well aware of how much you love a good cliffhanger, Emory!
