It's a nice change from the more overt forced feminization stories! I like how there is clearly still a coercive aspect but that it comes from a situation (potential poverty/unemployment) instead of a person, coupled with the nudging of the 'Mother Hen' to help the transition along. I'm glad his sister is supportive, too! Edit: on that note, I'd love to see her deal with the advances of a male colleague :)
