Older is such a different vibe than the previous record. What sparked the change in sonic direction?

Hi Lizzy - first of all, congratulations on your amazing new album. Seeing you play it live was a great experience. My question for you is: with many of your songs using very complex harmony and chord structures at times, do you attribute that to your time at Berklee or have you always been interested in non-standard chords? Thank you so much!

Hey Lizzie, loved your show in Amsterdam! (The small one too) I was wondering about your approach to songwriting and if it has changed over the years, considering this album sounds different from your older ones

Hi Lizzy! me and my sister are such big fans. We were wondering about your process of creating the melodies for your songs as they are always so beautiful and impactful. We were also wondering if you are interested in self producing an album in the future. Thank you!

Hi Lizzy! i loved your live show for the new record (i was at a radio city this last year in nyc). I’m wondering if you could speak to the process of how you “reimagined” your old work in the sonic context of the new band. You’ve mentioned how those songs feel like a lifetime ago, but I wonder how you felt re-approaching them? Did the band assist in anyway (bringing new ideas, arrangements etc)? (Doomsday was my favorite from that show! The pedalsteel was so pretty!)

I know Lizzie got her start recording herself doing very raw performances on TikTok, so I'm curious what her approach to content was like at the beginning of her career and what her advice to artists in a similar position is

Hi Lizzy. I’m a fan from Korea who loves your songs, and I’m majoring in music. When other music feels like noise, your songs bring me peace. They provide emotional stability and make me feel as if I'm in a different space, almost like a remedy. I’m truly grateful for that. It’s great that I can ask you this! It seems that in Korea, collaborations like the one between Philip and you are not very common. Can I ask if Philip receives a production fee for your work together, or do you share a portion of the album's profits like royalties? I would love to meet a producer who can help me create my music joyfully, just like Philip.

hi lizzie what are your techniques for finding a vibe or cohesive sound that expands across an album. is it an emotion that is present in that season of your life or is it more or less general inspiration. also what are your vocal processing techniques!!
