Tape Notes Sound Bank (Beta) - dm to join (Patreon)

Hello Lovely Patrons!

Drawing inspiration from Bonobo and Four Tet creating music with sounds recorded on their phones, we've been keen to create a space where people can share and upload these kinds of sounds of their own.

The idea is that there would be a constantly growing bank of sounds that anyone could dip into for inspiration, to challenge yourself with, or just to dig around in and have fun making music. It could be atmos, modular jams, foley, percussion, weird synth sounds, something that has a cool rhythm - basically anything that sounds interesting and unique.

We've created a shared mixtape on TapeIt that anyone can join, to upload or access sounds from.

This idea is a work in progress at the moment, but if you'd like to join the initial stages, or have any more ideas about it, we'd love to hear!

If you're interested, send us a dm or reply to this post and we'll send the invite link.

Excited to see where this goes!!
