Hi Troye and Tyde! When it comes to songwriting and production, would you say performing the record live is something you keep in mind when creating, or is that something you work out after releasing the songs? Thanks

William Card

Troye - I have loved following the evolution of your sound over the last few albums. In listening back, it feels to me like you’ve taken different creative choices to change how you record and place your vocals in the mix (both when you’re a featured artist and on your own records) - i felt particularly like the first single pointed to yet another direction. What creative conversations are happening with your producers to inform these different decisions that impact the final mix/recording?

Hello Troye and Tyde Levi! I’ve kept up with your releases over the years, and wanted to ask—how do you go about choosing concepts for the songs and albums you put out? How do you choose between all the things that inspire you and stick with the concept? Thank you so much! Excited for the new album, already pre-ordered my vinyl!

Hi Troye! Sampling has become a really interesting part of your musical output lately in “Got Me Started” and now the Madonna sample in “Party.” I’d love to know how you and your collaborators have approached this practice over the last few albums and if it’s changed over the course of your musical journey. And as an enormous Madonna fan (specifically of ‘Music’), how did the process of integrating that sample into the songwriting process and getting it cleared work?

On she’s the best, are you quietly speaking underneath the melody in the first half of the chorus? I love how your voice is in tune and almost harmonizes with the melody
