We're recording tomorrow with renowned house producer and DJ MK (aka Marc Kinchen)! Got a burning question you want John to ask him on the show? Drop it below! But be quick!

How do you mix your low end? Like getting the kick and bass right? Do you have certain monitors you mix on / or headphones so you can hear the low frequencies for the club. Thanks, Rich

Alex

Now that you run your own label... what do you listen for first in a demo, and what do young producers often get wrong? also, which of your own records do you think is the most underrated?!

Matt Petters

prob too late BUT in my opinion you are the undisputed king of piano house and vocal house. your drums hit as hard as any underground track but you also consistently have banger melodic hooks and interesting chord approaches. Apologies for the glazing but am curious: What are your main influences you feel informed your style and approach? Do you have any secret sauce jedi master tricks for chords progressions, hooks, or banger grooves you'd be willing to bless us with?
