Hello everyone!

Sorry for taking this long for any updates on the Patreon Page. My sister-in-law was visiting after a year and I took the weekend off to spend some time with her and my wife's family (it was also Mother's day here in Brasil).

My sister-in-law gifted me some Speedpaint 2.0... I already used them on the Blood Trolls lol. I'm almost done... these paints are awesome. However I'm still not happy with the result, they became too dark, maybe I should make a more light gray gradient before applying Speedpaint.

This weekend away from the PC gave me some different ideas and things that I could do. Many of you have already been following me for a long time, and this means that you have most of the miniatures I've made, so a Welcome Pack would make little difference for you, so I have been wondering how can I make things more interesting for you guys and also for new people?

The answer to this question is reposing. If I make a repose with a bit of change to older releases it won't take me much time but it will also create something new for you to be excited about, what do you guys think?

How should I pick these models? Does the second or last place of our patron commission work?

I mean giving to the last place would be a nice consolation prize but at the same time, I fear that this would incentivize people to make crappy requests (I mean requesting something that they know there will have no votes).

Please let me know in the comments below.

Best regards,

Ivo

As you see in my request, im in for some change to older releases like nightelves (modular archers, more poses for modular sentinels, mounted versions for Lyana & Ayana...) or draenei (rework for modular males, making modular females or draenei mounted on elekk...)

Imagine Minis

Draenei Mounted on Elekks, that already exists but yeah, I see what you mean, it lacks the female ones. I will probably not make modular females, at least not the way I made the males, they are smaller, and having smaller pieces could be hard to glue, in the end, people would ask for a pre-assembled, if they were 40mm scale it would be easier to glue the pieces. Probably a 2 or 3-split model (Torso, Hands, and legs) would be more ok and easier to manage.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of repose requests in the commission poll, so a separate poll might be needed. Or you do the top-scoring reposing request. More poses for the various modular models would be great, especially if they are similar enough to work with the old versions. That way people who play big tabletop games can make full regiments without you having to make 10 versions of the same model in one go.

Thanks! Good point. Better not to use the Patron commission for this.

You could also space out the rather big welcome pack - eg. gift some of the more rare minis for the 3month subscription etc. or even pack the re-sculpts into the bonus packs. that way you'd get some more incentives for people to stick around. Thanks for being you, Ivo! ✨

I don't know if I can do this because I added 1 miniature to the welcome pack, this was my idea when I started, to help people to catch the content and even test previous releases. I will however add 1 new miniature to the welcome pack or 1 free miniature. Besides I also already added 1 miniature to the 3 months every month on the Patron commission models.

Hi Ivo, It would be nice to have a new pose for the miniature, but I understand if it would take time away from the main release. You are already producing enough quantity for me to say that I am happy with how things are right now. No matter what you decide, I will continue to support ImagineMinis. Cheers.

you can sculpt new poses for the welcome pack and release them monthly, as someone else said "you produce enough models" to me too, and personally I prefer the high quality of your work in the estimated time over the number of figures in longer times. Thanks for all Ivo 😁 im playing OnePageRules with my friends thanks to you

Thanks! I appreciate. I wanted to give it a shot on OPR and start working on my Skirmish game.
