OC Contest (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Thinking about the production for the next month I had an idea...

Due to the scales, every miniature this month is taking more time than what was planned, and also because I ended up doing some other miniature (looking at your weapon rack, it's done and test printed, so yeah I'm indeed looking at it), this means that I probably won't be able to finish the Little Naga in a rock in time, so I decided to do a Reservoir and an objective token (banner) instead, delaying the Little Naga for November.

In November there will be:

Patron Commission: 40Hours

UTS Boss: 50 Hours

Little Naga: 35 Hours

This adds up to a total of 125 Hours. I always like to aim my sculpting time to 150 hours each month and leave the rest of my working time to other administrative/publicity activities.

I could get into the next theme or sculpt something else that I wish for, however, I decided to make something different, an OC contest.

How it's going to work:

If you wish to participate, you can submit your application on the Discord server, by sending Artwork or screenshots of your character on the Channel #oc-contest. Until October 30th.

It does not need to be a Warcraft character, you can be sent your D&D, Pathfinder. As long as it's a Fantasy character and it's yours (not some random art grab on the net).

1 Application per user.

Depending on the amount of participants there will be different methods of deciding the winner.

If there are fewer than 10 participants there will be a single poll

If more than 10, it will be split into polls with at least 5 (for example 21 = 3 polls of 7, 12 = 2 polls of 6)

If not a single poll, there will be a second round with the best placement of the previous round. I will aim to get around 5 miniatures to the second round, meaning that if we do 2 polls in the first round I will take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places of each poll to the final round, if we do 3 polls, there will be only 1st and 2nd places to the final round.

Due to the amount of time required in the polls, the first round will be open on November 1st and will be closed on the 5th, if there is a second round it will be opened on November 6th and will be closed on November 12th.

The most voted miniature will be sculpted, different from a patron commission I won't be asking pose or additional information, so choose an awesome drawing or a great screenshot (be warned that others need to vote on you, so this is extremely important).

The miniature will be released in November to fill the gap between quests. It will be released in November as a Free model.
