Monthly Report - June 2026 (Patreon)
Content
Hello everyone!
Today is the last day of June, and it's time for another monthly report.
Before we proceed, just a reminder, as mentioned before, the Adventurer Tier (First Wave) will have a price increase from $4 USD to $5 USD. This change should not affect current subscribers, but once unsubscribed, the return price will have changed. Today is a great opportunity to subscribe.

Please note that this is the plan of what I intend to do, and it might end up being more or less; it all depends on how the sculpting process goes (or if I have an Idea that I think would be cooler).
4. A word for this month's partners
Lychee
I'm a Lychee Slicer ambassador, and all these miniatures were supported using Lychee Slicer, and Lychee files are included, helping to bring better-quality support to your prints. With the Lys files, you can tweak the supports to your needs. Please check Home - Mango 3D for more information.
If you wish to support me, subscribe to Lychee using my affiliate link: lychee.co/#ae28
5. Changes in the Welcome Pack
There are no changes in the Welcome Pack for this month. Currently, the Welcome Pack will comprise 54 miniatures (some of which have variations and a modular pack, offering possibilities far beyond this number).
6. Price Increase
Last month, I received an email from Patreon regarding their recommended minimum membership price. According to Patreon, the current recommended starting tier is now $5 USD.
When I first launched, the recommended value was $3 USD. At that time, I chose to set my Basic Tier at $4 USD and later on, the Bannerman Tier at $3 USD. Compared to other sculptors, I thought this was on the lower end of the price range—and I still believe it is today, not counting the "$1 USD" memberships, which I'll talk about in a moment.
My idea was simple: by keeping prices affordable, many people could join, allowing the community to grow. With enough subscribers, I was hoping to eventually hire additional sculptors, increase the number of miniatures released each month, and still maintain low membership costs.
Today, Patreon and Tribes have reached a respectable number of subscribers, and I'm incredibly grateful for this support. However, the numbers are still not enough to comfortably cover monthly costs or allow me to bring in additional sculptors. A large portion of the project's financial stability currently depends on MyMiniFactory sales, which can be very unpredictable. Some months are strong enough to cover expenses, while others fall well short. A true rollercoaster of emotions.
Over the past few years, some creators have adopted the "$1 USD tier" model (though today I've noticed a few have increased those tiers to $2 USD). In practice, these tiers are often more of a marketing strategy than a full membership offering, as they usually don't include access to the complete monthly release. I experimented with a similar approach in the past, but it wasn't successful for me—I gained only a single subscriber, who didn't remain subscribed for long; maybe it was the product.
I would not be here today without your support, and I am deeply thankful for every Patron who has helped make this project possible. Unfortunately, I have reached a point where I need to increase the price of the Basic Tier.
June 30th will be the last day the Basic Tier is available at $4 USD. Starting July 1st, the tier will increase to $5 USD. If I can fill 90 - 100 Patrons for the Adventurer's Tier, I will maintain the $ 4 USD Tier.
According to Patreon, existing subscribers will keep their current price as long as they remain subscribed and do not cancel and rejoin later (in this case, subscribing for the current value).
To provide additional value, I will also be making a few changes:
In June, I will increase the First Wave subscriber limit to 100 slots on both Patreon and Tribes. (Done!)
I will evaluate the possibility of introducing a $2 USD tier that grants access only to the Patron Commission system (requests and miniature access).
I realize that price increases can create a sense of FOMO, and I personally don't like that. However, I believe being transparent and honest with you is the right thing to do.
7. Merchant Tier
