Hello everyone!

I have finished the test print of the bear.

I forgot to add another miniature on the side to make a comparison... but it's big.

The printed version it's not bad looking at a tabletop range but it's strange looking up close. Analyzing the model I could realize that this happens because the fur is all aligned forming clear lines.

To fix this I will redo the fur on the arms and legs with less strong and organized furs (at first, the torso seems ok to me).

In the hollowed model I used a 2mm wall... the bear is so light.

After I fix this model and test print again I will make the renders of the month and call it done because I need the promotional material before February ends. After I finish this I will create another pose for him, if there is time I will insert it in this month's releases if not, it will be available next month.

Best regards,

Ivo

Looks great. Are there any plans to add any details of night elf attributes besides ears?

Imagine Minis

What attributes are you referring to? Depending on what you are asking I can add. Planned as extras and unsupported I have Troll tusks and Deer horns (plus hair). The one printed has no accessories to resemble a druid it's more like a wild.

I think something like elements of clothing or armor, necklaces, other jewelry with feathers and leaves.

Imagine Minis

Yes, there will be a Necklace and Bracers with some feathers on the Druid Version. The wild version will be clean (in case anyone wishes to make a different bear for tabletop).

Fur must be such a hassle to sculpt, but you're doing great!

Imagine Minis

Yes, it is, luckily I can use a sort of stamp to reduce the amount of work and keep things a bit more uniform. The biggest problem is supporting those furs, a NIGHTMARE!
