Dwarven Expedition Part2 - Gryphon (WIP) (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

Update June 7th

I increased the Lion side a little bit. Blocked the armor pieces over the Gryphon. Some feathers are getting over because since there will be 2 versions Armored and Unarmored (Wild), I can't damage the feathers for now.

I will start working on refining the blocked armor shapes.

Update June 6th

Sorry for the late update. I was placing feathers and it was not looking good to a point I could share. I just finished the majority of the body.

Tomorrow I will block the armor pieces and saddle for the Armored Gryphon.

Without wings, it does look like a nice Gryphin Hound.

Over the weekend I worked a bit on the Gryphon. I have blocked out the basic body shape to see the proportions and sizes. To save time I reused the wings of the Giant Eagle but, this will be later replaced or reworked.

Today I will refine the shapes of the head and torso.

This miniature will be compatible with 50.8mm round base.

I will keep updating this post as I move in the sculpting process.
