Hello everyone!

Update September 15th

Added 2 new images, the first one is the progress on Nirva, I have posed her and worked on her skirt, and I'm currently working my way up.

The second image is the progress on the Diorama part, I added some carvings and chains (so that Nyla won't be able to run away, this is so evil of me...heartless).

Today I will try to finish Nirva, I still need to add details to her body, facial expression, hair, and hands.

Update September 14th

For WIP I won't be using images on the text anymore. When I do this it's impossible to zoom in and see the details. This might be useful for some parts that I wish to highlight.

Yesterday I posed Nyla and sculpted the Altar, I think I will add a bit more details to the Altar, like some carved NightElf runes.

About the split: While writing this post I came up with some ideas. The majority of the Diorama can be printed in FDM, for this to happen, some things must be removable. Therefore the new split is:

Base (since it's approximately 75mm I think it's possible to resin print in one go, if needed I will split)

The Spears will be split (Resin print and glue)

Banners (Solved)

Background wooden totem (sorry, don't know a better name), this will probably be split again.

Altar (2 versions, with and without Nyla), If needed, I will slice it in 2 (base and lid)

Nirva

Here are some other changes from what I was planning:

There will be 2 versions for the Base, one with and another without the markings for the Altar, this will be done in case you wish only the corrupted well and the other if you wish to place the Altar in a defined place.

Nirva won't have a proper base (I will add a simple base), the reason for this is that I always think about the gaming side of things, so If you wish to take her out of the diorama to the table and play with her, that would work. Her simple base will allow her to stand in the well water without standing out too much.

Spell effect, I was planning on making a huge spell effect from Nyla to Nirva's hand but this would require me to sacrifice the gaming aspect of the miniatures, therefore I will make a smaller spell effect

Today I will work on Finishing the Altar and Start working on Nirva.

It's pretty clear that the Coffin style altar will win the poll therefore I will go with it. To be honest I was worried of how I would print the chains for the other version. For this version I'm worried on how to fit the Altar, but I will make it fit... somehow

Yesterday I advanced a lot on the Moonwell structure, today I will polish some pieces and start working on the Altar.

So far I have thought about the splits: Moonwell, Structure (wood behind), Altar, Nirva and Nyla.

More splits I will try when ready to print.
