Premium Episode #36 - Bruce Miller

In November 1999, Bruce Miller, a scrapyard owner in Michigan, was found murdered in what looked like a robbery gone wrong. After three months with no solid leads, investigators feared the case would go cold. But hundreds of miles away in Missouri, the suicide of former detective Jerry Cassaday led to the discovery of a mysterious briefcase - one that held a shocking secret.

Suicide Sauce

I have seen this exact scenario play out countless times in my years as an Internet Person, but like, I was fifteen and pretending to be a vampire in MSN Chatrooms. I understand that anyone can be manipulated and I sympathize, I really do, but c'mon guys. If she tells you she's trapped in a relationship with her dead husband's abusive older brother who is also sometimes a werewolf with different colored eyes and can fight with a katana, maybe step away from the keyboard for a while.

We all tell ourselves we would never fall for it, but how many of us have really met the ultimate manipulator. Even that admission - it seems like a very well thought out attempt to convince everyone she is no longer the devil. Just say "I did it" and leave it at that. Cut the BS.

Ripley's Jaye

If her sentiments in that letter were genuinely honest, it's actually fascinating. To me at least lol. I'd really love to hear a forensic psychologist interview her, regarding the letter.

A great episode. What a story. Interested to know why Jerry wasn’t included in the title of the episode? Aka one of the victims

Spoiler alert, don't read any further if you haven't heard the whole episode! Wow that confession at the end was absolutely jaw-dropping!😳

Thanks again, but perhaps you could have put more space between two "crazy woman seduces man to kill husband" episodes
