New fees scrapped (Patreon)

In case you haven't heard, patreon are no longer charging you, our valued patrons, fees for pledging. They realised the error of their ways and how horrible that idea was and they have thrown it to the scrap heap.

A good result! And credit to patreon for listening to patrons and creators and changing their decision.
