Chatting about my Halloween plans (or lack thereof), a suspense novel I just finished reading, herbal remedies that make me feel like a woodland fairy, music I've been listening to, movies I want to watch, and rewatching one of my favorite shows! Hope you've all been doing well! Let me know what you've been up to 🖤

I don’t know why but these feel so comfortable as if I’m just catching up with friend

Same. Just had a birthday I was planning on doing a Micheal Jackson Thriller Album Themed Birthday Party to coincide with the film (but they keep changing the release date thats another story lol) but life happens idk maybe next year...

Honestly I don’t mind the ramble being chill. As for movies that hard because I don’t know if there’s a lot in theater that you would like at the moment. Maybe “Regretting you” as it seems romance and light hearted, but I could be wrong. My month has been good, especially since me and my friend group have been fun debating about if Nightmare Before Christmas is a Halloween or Christmas film.

Im also very hyped for Stranger Things, and my life is also boring but I Like it very much, I do nothing but Gym and studying every day (I want to get into this one masters-degree), except when I go to this Café where there is Like this one Apple-pie which I cant get enough off, I've been there Like 4-times this week. Damn Im weak to good pie and hot chocolate

I saw Shelby Oaks last night! It's directed by a YouTube movie reviewer named Chris Stuckman. I thought it was good!

Netflix is hosting a Escape Room experience thing called Stranger Things : Escape the Dark this November which sounds cool

I'm not really a fan of the whole horror genre, unless people are willing to acknowledge the entire Godzilla series as fitting into that category. I do tend to find myself watching the original Scooby-Doo show and Lord of the Rings stuff around this time. Recently been listening to the Pathfinder Legends: Rise of the Runelords audio dramas. And getting ready to bust out my favorite sweaters and heated blankets. Also.........I've had a lot of people tell me about what a big deal Star Wars was when it first came out in theaters in 1977. I know the movies have undergone so many changes since then, but personally, I would love to see the first as it originally was, and in theaters.

Thanks for the ramble, Glow! I have some "News You Can Use"! First, you can rent "The Matrix" on YouTube for about four dollars and you have a month to watch it before the rental expires. Second, as for your mosquito bite - if you press your fingernail into the bite in the form of an X, the itching will stop almost instantly. (I have no idea why this works, but it does - I've been doing it for many years with good results!) Happy Halloween, Glow! 🙂

STRANGER THINGS!!!

I hate to be ,,that guy“, but I have to bud in on those plans to go to an aquarium. While I also enjoyed those very much as a kid and I do get the appeal of going, I want to caution about supporting those institutions. Especially for fish from the ocean they are almost impossible to breed in captivity, so basically every fish you enjoy in the aquarium, is a fish missing in the ocean. If you look into how many fish species are dwindling, especially in coral reefs, I strongly feel that isn’t a supportable cause. And that’s not even taking into account lower life expectancy and worse living conditions. I would link you my source, but unfortunately he’s a marine biologist from Germany who used to work for an aquarium and now is an animal activist, so the German videos probably won‘t do you any good. But I encourage you to at least look into it, before going again to get a full picture 😅

Thank you for the ramble, dear Glow 😊 but I gotta tell you: please just watch The Matrix, you can't live your life without having watched it at least once 🤣 or maybe twice, it is pretty confusing the first time you watch it. But seriously, it is my fav movie ever and, if you are into mind blowing sci fi stories, that's for you 🔥 I love Stranger Things too, hope season 5 wil be a good finale ❤️

FINALLY! Someone I can share movie soundtracks with. I used to listen to them all the time back in middle school, but have slowed down a bit. I have a whole playlist on Spotify with like 19+ hours worth of music. I would send it to you, but I’m not sure if you use Spotify. HOWEVER, I will recommend a few, if that’s cool. 1. Last Son, by David Fleming from Superman 2025 2. Arrival to Earth, by Steve Jablonsky from Tranformers 2007 3. Roar! Cloverfield Overture, by Michael Giacchino from Cloverfield(this one has two versions, both fairly long. One is ~9 minutes and the other is ~12) 4. Purpose if Gloriou, by Natalie Holt from Loki(hope tv show counts) 5. Mr. Fox in the Fields, by Alexandre Desplat from Fantastic Mr. Fox I meant to comment this earlier, but work was kicking my ass tonight.

I like this rambles, remember me that there's a human being behind the audios. Thank you so much for everything you do, helps a lot, hope you'll have a nice month ^^

Someone already mentioned it but “Last Son” by David Fleming is a good track. I’ll drop some of my favorite video game/movie soundtracks if you want to check them out: 1. God of War by Bear McCreary from God of War (2018) 2. Look Up by David Fleming from Superman (2025) 3. Perp Walk by John Paesano from Daredevil Season 3 4. The Batman by Michael Giacchino from The Batman (2022)

I’m studying for my EMT certification and am having a horrible time concentrating, I started listening to soundtracks, Peter Pan specifically, it helps so much! Thanks for the help🥰

Edglobal_Domination

Paying to see a finale that I’m already paying to see the whole season on Netflix? Crazy.
