This month's ramble where I ramble about my adorable puppy's shenanigans, an update (hopefully the final update) on the vegetable man, going river rafting, baking, why I'm never going to Supercuts ever again, a book I loved, and rewatching Lord of the Rings!

I’m about to get my haircut in an hour, this feels like a sign. I have kinda longer hair for a guy and hopefully they keep it that way lol. Also thank god I listened to this now, I almost forgot I was supposed to ship a depop order today. Thank you Glow and I hope you have a good rest of the month! :)

She's a puppy till she's 2, Glow. But most dogs act like kids till their old. My boy hit 8 and still gets zoomies. 125lbs. going full speed around the yard

Sadly I think vegetable man had a bad acid trip. I knew a guy in high school that was normal, he did a bunch of acid one day and was never the same again.

A dog is a puppy until they stop being a puppy in our hearts ( real answer is when they become grumpy and they stop playing 🥺). Glad to hear that vegetable man has left you alone. River rafting is so fun, I did it 5 years ago at the Florida springs 🐊. The fact that most of the river was dark and dirty for some part of it was definitely not fun knowing what’s around the waters here. Still had lost of fun want to go again. Don’t talk about sweets around me please😩 I am going back on a diet to lose the last bit of weight i have left to lose from last year. As a man I must say never cheat on your barber rule pretty sure it also applies to you ladies. I cheated on my barber 4 months ago and never again. I have curly hair but if you cut it too short it’s a mess and the guy did just that after I told him just the tip. I need to stop doom scrolling at night 🫩.

No reason to stop calling her a pup/puppy. Parents always see their kids as their babies even when fully grown, why can't we do it with our pups lol. I wish I knew about the salve last month, I was demolished by mosquitoes when I visited Puerto Rico. Maybe it works out in the end with your haircut, with fall starting soon, sounds like you can dress as Winona Ryder from Beetlejuice, just go ham with the goth vibes and choppy bangs. What was the name of the gothic book you read? Fun ramble audio, plenty of updates.

Funny enough I had a similar experience when rewatching “FellowShip Of The Ring” too. I had thought the “Samwise the Brave” line was at the end, but it was at the end of “The Two Towers” But overall the whole trilogy is like the greatest film trilogy of all time. Also yeah it has been a year since you got your Puppy hasn’t it?

Wait, christmas discounts already? What about Halloween? A puppy is a puppy until she decides she's not a puppy anymore. I love hearing, that she's having a happy time. She's in a really good hands. Somehow my immediate thought on the haircut thing was: 'Oh no, not the bangs!'. The book you're talking about sounds really cool. Can you please share the title? Thanks for the updates, Glow! Typically a dog stops being a puppy somewhere between 1-2 years depending on their breed, but the real answer is theyre a puppy forever

This summer really has flown by, feels like so much yet so little has happened; awesome you rewatched Lord Of The Rings though, I hope they were the extended editions, that is of course the best and only way to experience it (joking ofc they are awesome but it does add another roughly 45 minutes to each movie 😭)

I love that you’re spontaneous, I am too. Spontaneity is like a creative superpower, but it’s also so hard to be self-disciplined and consistent, isn’t it? We get interested in something, but lose that interest in five seconds flat, just moving on from one thing to another. However, you are REMARKABLY consistent with your uploads! I am genuinely impressed. You’ll have to teach me your secrets! I really struggle with being consistent. Don’t you hate it when you get an intrusive thought that you want to act upon, and then you forget what the thought was? UGH, that is so frustrating! 😂😂 Lord of the Rings is mythically stupendous. It’s so cool that you got to do the whole marathon! If you haven’t already, I highly recommend that you go watch The Martian. It’s an incredible movie, and it’s relevant to this ramble. :) You and your brother pretended to be Gollum? 😂😂😂 That is so adorable! You must have had a wonderful childhood. Andy Serkis did a phenomenal job in those films.

This is how I found out The Twelve Dancing Princesses isn’t a Barbie original… 🙈 Also, I’m reading LoTR at the moment, and the books are definitely much weirder (positive) than people tend to think. A lot of the edges have been filed off in our cultural imagination, probably in part due to the movies (not a dig, I like them a lot). Definitely worth a read, if you’re willing to commit to the whole thing
