Ooh, I've been thinking about what to suggest ahead of time, and I feel pretty good about what I've cooked up. Re-established relationship or friends to lovers - either works Looking to try something new, the speaker invites the listener to a beginner's ballroom dance class. Neither have any prior experience, but that's the point. However, it turns out the listen is a natural talent when it comes to ballroom partner dancing, and suddenly the speaker is feeling a little bit jealous. To make matters worse, her companions suave new moves are suddenly drawing far too many looks from the other ladies in the room. If its re-established relationship, I'd assume they start making a bit of a show of the listener being taken. If its friends to lovers, I'd say that this is probably where the drama climaxes and the confession is pulled out. I tried to leave working room so there's some creative choice open if this gets selected. I really hope it does, I'm quite proud of this one.

I've got two, but the second one is more just me throwing it out there cause it's so niche there's a low chance it ever gets made lol. 1) Hanging out together, and she leaves to go do something, comes back to find the listener watching a video. She asks what he's watching, he deflects, she persists and he finally admits its on how to escape the friendzone. She begins offering some of her advice as well, while gently teasing him. He gets flustered, tension builds and leads to a confession that he's very interested, but he's nervous and finds her a bit intimidating in a sweet way.

I'm just gonna repost my Idea from October last year. Maybe this time😅 So, how about something along the lines of The listener gets invited to a Halloween party, dressed in some costume with a mask then at some point they bump into a girl (also wearing a mask) and after talking for a while, and really getting along, it turns out that the girl is an old childhood friend that moved far away many years ago and finally decided to move back home. Back when they were teens before her move. they had both a huge crunch on each other but none of them ever had the courage to confess but now it seems like fate.

You know, since its potentially for October, I feel like it would be cool to make a story that is mystery/romance themed. Something like Speaker runs into Listener while investigating a local murder/other crime (maybe someone stole all the candy from the pumpkin stash meant for trick or treaters lol), and she finds out that he is also investigating it. You can have them suspect each other while they get to know each other, they fall for each other, plot twists, etc. Cool theme for October scenery too, the small town vibe, hay mazes, fall faire, masquerade ball/Halloween party, spooky forest, maybe a cool spooky gothic mansion. Sounds like it would be fun to make a story like that. Maybe it could be a series if you enjoy the idea and have fun making it lol.

2) Enemies to Lovers Goth girlfriend, but historically accurate. Speaker belongs to one of the tribes on the Roman frontier, listener is a newly promoted Roman Centurion (rank is important, because they're the only ones allowed to legally marry in the military). The listener has been informed that he's been betrothed to the daughter of the tribe's chieftan in order to secure a peace treaty. Centurion seeks out the princess to see what he's in for. (This could be a series, playing on the developement of the relationships between speaker and listener, and the tribe and the local garrison, but I'd be thankful even for a one-off). Ok, if you made it this far, thanks for reading my fever dream of an idea 😅

The listener confesses that they are already under her spell.
