Upcoming - Communicant Tank Hunter (Patreon)

Phew! This was the first Trench Crusade mini I ever saw, and I’ve been meaning to paint it for a while—but wow, the art block hit hard while I was working on it. Everything, from settling on a color scheme to choosing the right paints, felt like a slog, even though it’s not a particularly complex mini.

It’s been a busy end to the year, and I’ve been buried under end-of-year commission work, which probably contributed to the frustration I felt while painting this. Still, I think it turned out pretty well. This one was done entirely with acrylics, but next time I tackle armor like this, I think I’ll try using enamels for the shading and weathering.

Anyway, I hope the end of 2025 is treating you all well! The guide for this fella will be up soon.
