Victory's tats are shifting a bit as I figure out how to simplify and replicate them easier and faster.

Victory's chest tat is based off a tat a model I used to work with has. It was higher up, but made it basically impossible to hide unless she wore a turtleneck. It was one of her early tats and she kind hated it.
