That is a good and complicated question. I'll have to think about that one.

Becoming a surrogate mother is more likely. Trading a pregnancy would be a debate on if the unborn child is part of the original body not. I'm not sure if it works with *this* tech.

Yes, completely depends on the tone you want to maintain here - more difficult to keep light (comedic) tone if child involved.

On a technical level, I'm not sure if the rules I have for the tech would work. Narratively, it could be fun, but you are right that it would have an impact on the tone. On a more immediate case, Gwen in Con Artist is more likely to get preggers.
