It is, she just let it fall naturally. More or less.

I would immediately change into the pants. She already looks entirely alien as to what her family expects to see. Dressing in an outfit that makes her look even more Asian and different from the Wyatt they know is going to complicate things even more, even with a Meta-ID.

I never said in story, but someone asked. It is March/April. A little cold in Ohio for bare arms and the skirt, but she doesn't have a ton of options.
