It is physical. But would also inlude her brain being a little less developed. Also she is subject to all laws and regulations. No drinking. No renting a car. Etc. Her social media addition and new sexual desires are going to outshine any accidental immaturity she picked up from being deaged.

Lexi looks cute in the last panel. She still needs to do something about those teeth, though. Honestly she's had the most character development through this whole thing, I couldn't stand Xavier before but now she's becoming much more tolerable, even likeable.

her college/nursing degree would be dated for this year. She has the knowledge from the trade, and would have just had her documentation updated.
