Dragon Ball Xenoverse OC, 'Parika' (Patreon)

Hello, hello!

With a little tinkering, here's my second of the two Dragon Ball Xenoverse characters I created for my up-and-coming Dragon Ball fan comic! I've always wanted to make a Saiyan OC, but until Xenoverse came along, I couldn't come up with any ideas, ha, ha.

Here we have a Saiyan female who goes by the name 'Parika'. She is named after Paprika, a spice made from ground-up bell peppers or Chili Peppers. A favorite of mine, actually. Parika is a Saiyan female warrior who, while not quite considered 'Elite' by their standards, is still in the upper half of the female classes. Parika is pretty tall for a Saiyan and, at first, was also rather scrawny. Wanting to be taken seriously and become more intimidating, Parika began weight training to increase her size. She succeeded in more ways than one and is quite proud of her new physique. Parika, at her base, is a typical Saiyan. She eats big, has a lot of pride in herself and her strength, and loves combat. She specializes in basic physical attacks and Ki Supers, but mixes in wrestling and grappling moves. Being much bigger than her female peers made her a difficult opponent, as most other female Saiyans could not give her a challenge. Instead, she likes to fight males, even if she gets her butt kicked.

Appearance-wise, Parika wears similar battle armor to that of Turles, but they are unrelated. She found the flaps and shoulder pads cumbersome, so she lobbed them off. Underneath, she wears a simple purple leotard that her tail pokes out of the back of. Her tail also doesn't quite make it around her waist for obvious reasons. Her knee pads and tights are one item, and her gloves and boots are fairly ordinary. Lastly, she wears an updated purple Scouter that she doesn't quite trust.

Parika is a Saiyan who was on a mission when Frieza called all Saiyans back to Planet Vegeta. Finding this rather strange, Parika trusted her gut and did not return to Vegeta. Upon hearing about Planet Vegeta's destruction, she wrathfully destroyed Frieza's men she was with and quickly left the planet. Knowing full well she couldn't fight someone like Frieza, Parika decided to lay low for a while until she could figure out what to do, so she headed to a remote planet called Earth. Although she would never admit it, Parika is quite depressed about the apparent genocide of her people.

Upon landing on Earth, she landed in an abandoned city where the Blue Belt Robotics company was built. Her landing caused the lab's backup power to finally go down, and this caused the Cyborg, Grahm, to be released. Now, Grahm and Parika are destined to meet!
