Reiko Katherine Akimoto prepares to arrest a perverted phantom thief from an international panty-stealing syndicate on the street. This organization dispatches operatives worldwide to collect panties, and it's said that collecting all 1025 types from the Pantymon Pokédex will summon the divine dragon.
