On the edge of the underground city, a sudden Rapture raid forces Rapi into isolated combat. The Raptures use tentacle-like mechanical arms to connect to her system, attempting to persuade Rapi to join their ranks through deep code exchange. Though they themselves aren't sure whether Nikke counts as human or machine, and whether they can truly comprehend their machine language remains a mystery.
