It's ok, Siren. Just hope everything is alright. Make sure you're being careful with doing and moving stuff, especially furniture. And make sure you have insurance. Even if renting, get renter's insurance to protect you, your stuff, your pets if you have any. Be careful of leaks if you're living on a floor under someone. Be careful of mold too, and vines and tree roots, they will go anywhere, even in cracks and pipes! Just a few things people might not think of. Good luck in your new place! 💙
