In my opinion, this was such an amazing, yet very devastating episode so far in this show, and I knew that this would break Magy and Laura with a lot of emotions. Other then that, amazing/sadness reaction from you 2 Sweethearts! XOXOXOXOXO To you both. :) :)

Phew, that episode was tough. Now I'd like to share my personal opinion about Joel, since some people have different opinions about him. No one would have known if the Fireflies could actually create an antidote. That means Ellie would probably have died in vain. So I don't know if Joel is really the bad guy or the selfish one in this scenario. Looking at it from another perspective, the Fireflies would also be selfish and evil because they would have killed a young woman. He just wanted to protect Ellie. As I said, no one would have known if the Fireflies would have actually made it. In that case, the Fireflies would have died anyway, if Ellie had died after the surgery. But that's just my personal opinion; everyone sees it differently, of course. Bottom line: For me, Joel wasn't necessarily the bad guy. And let's not forget, that expert in the first season said there was no cure for cordyceps. How could an antidote have suddenly been created when there supposedly wasn't one that could have helped?

I watched this episode last night and I was worried for you girls. I knew it was going to be devastating and crushing for you. Big big hugs to both 🤗🤗. I wish Abby knew the circumstances and why Joel did what he did. Her father was going to kill an unarmed child all of them were. Ellie was like a daughter to Joel after loosing Sara and giving up. She gave him a reason to go on. There was a better chance that the surgery wasn’t going to work on Ellie and what did they want him to do just let her die for nothing. Or they could’ve at least asked Ellie what she wanted back then. Could go on and on but we got through it and see you in the next episode. Big hugs 🤗 again. Great reaction ❤️

So interested to see if there's a significant drop in viewership after the main draw for most folks won't be in the show anymore. It just really f*cking sucks given how things wrap up. Sabotages what started out as such an intriguing story 😒

This episode was the reason I stopped playing the game and will not play it cause I know how it ends and I don't agree with it but it the game Joel's brother is there too making it more sad in my opinion
