“Has anything you’ve done, made your life better?” My favorite quote/line from this movie, it pretty much sums up Edward Norton’s character hatred and racism, which literally has got him no where in life and sadly becomes his downfall by the end of the movie, just him holding his brother saying “What did I do?” 😢, I think it’s crazy how Edward Norton didn’t win an Oscar for this role, he deserved it! Like, it felt like he was literally playing two characters, you see him portraying the good and the bad of this person. James Avery and Guy Torrey also killed it in this movie, they were phenomenal. The scene where Guy and Edward were talking about their favorite teams in prison that was actually improvised by both of them 😢. Obviously, the scene where Edward gets arrested and the prison/shower scene will always give me chills, those scenes are just too unforgettable 😳. The whole movie is just brutal, too realistic, but with a deep message, that everyone should at least see once in their life.
