I have a some movie recommendations that I think Magy and Laura would enjoy. If anyone in the Diamond tier gets a chance to mention them, I’d love to hear what they think! 😄 🎬 King Kong (2005) 🐎 Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron 🦍 Tarzan (1999) 🦍 War for the Planet of the Apes 🦕 The Land Before Time 🌊 Life of Pi 👽 District 9 🦖 Dinosaur (2000)

thanks very much for this reaction, magy and laura! this show was directed by the man who did the music. he's also one of the biggest names in movie music and does a ton of marvel's musical scores/themes. he's into the old school horror films, including the original werewolf, played by an actor named lon chaney, jr back in 1941. back then they had no cgi, so they had to put make-up on the actor. by doing that, while the werewolf doesn't look like a harry potter style version, it does feel like something that is sharing the world with the other characters (because it literally is). that's also why he's wearing regular pants. anyway, i do hope you catch this comment, as that context would be helpful. i'd love to see more of this type of story in the mcu. i'd be very happy with a few, lower budget films that aren't about protecting the universe. let's just see how ted and jack manage to pick up sushi. oh, from the original material, jack's last name is russell (like the dog breed, since he's essentially a friendly dog, who sure, may murder someone, but not really unless pushed).
