This series does a fantastic job of taking things to the absolute lowest place possible, then bringing us up out of it again. JRR Tolkien, the writer of Lord of the Rings, invented a term for storytelling: eucatastrophe. Basically it means taking things to their lowest point, where nobody thinks anything could ever get better, then suddenly, by a miraculous turn of fortune, turning everything around in the end. I wonder if JK Rowling drew upon this principle when she wrote the Harry Potter series. If she did, she did it very well.

This series is just heartbreaking 💔 😭

Matthew Davis

Definitely check out "Fantastic Beasts and where to find them," now that you've completed the Harry Potter Movies. 😊😊👍

Apo

It was amazing ! You have to watch Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts :)

TheCaptain359

Laura at the end of this was like Magy at the end of Lord of the Rings. But I would say don't bother with the FANTASTIC BEASTS movies. They are uninteresting and they don't have nearly the heart that the Harry Potter series has.

Maximiliano Vagnoni

thank you ffor this amazing journey *_* i cry everytime i see this movie. The end of an era

Steve Pool

So much suffering to reach the happy ending, so much deception, but all of it worth it so much. Thank you for the journey, all the joy, all the tears, all the company and good memories. 💕

I was really touched from the emotions you ladies showed for the series. They ended it perfectly IMO. My favorite scene has always been when Harry is talking with Dumbledore. I am one of those that liked the Fantastic Beasts films and think they are worth a look. Thanks for the great reactions here.

It was such, SUCH a WONDERFUL experience to live all the movies again with you girls, i was really moved by both of your reactions, your tears, your smiles... You both are wonderful souls and i think we all thank you for being so vulnerable to us. I was particulary touched by Laura's reaction at the end "not wanting it to end", most of us feel the same, and i wish i could live the adventure with both of you again. The books are incredible if you're seeking for more, the movies only show 30% of what you'll find in the books. Congratulations to you Laura for sticking with Slytherin until the end, seeing that there were good people in every house :). God bless you, both of you, Laura and Magy <3

Daniel Gustavsson

As someone who grew up with these (almost as old as Emma) these movies will NEVER stop being brilliant! Thank you for watching them!

When Goyle falling into fire in room of requirement: Laura: "Die" In my head: "There's the Slytherin part..." 😂

I found it strange that they didn't show Harry repairing his own broken Phoenix-feather wand with the Elder Wand before destroying the Elder Wand at the end. Are we supposed to believe Harry continued using Draco's wand?

Richard Higgs

Now that you finished this series, I want to suggest reacting to Arcane with Laura, perfect time with season 2 coming out in Nov.

Kay Kay

Hey great reactions, my favourtie movies haha! I would suggest reacting to a movie called San Andreas (it's basically about natural disasters + a father trying to save his family) Also the main role got Dwayne Johnson aka: the rock.

Just because we didn’t see Harry repair his old wand doesn’t mean it didn’t happen off screen.

James Robert

The way Harry lovingly holds his son, is identical to the way Sirius held Harry, when he was worried.

The James Potter book series (free to download PDF) follow Harry Potters son through 5years at Hogwarts.
