Hey man, don't be too hard on yourself! I know there's punishment from the algorithm for not posting frequently and it must be hard to see that impact viewership/subscribers, but you put out a really cool video and you still do fun casual streams in between to keep the fans happy haha. I've kinda been stepping back from my YouTube feed so I haven't been keeping up on any of my fav channels over the last 6 weeks or so. This break made me realize how much pressure there is on YT creators to constantly pump out videos and do all the community engagement work on social media, channel forums, live streams. I was taking for granted that I always have new videos to watch like 2-3 times a week from just a handful of channels I subscribe to, but that's crazy. These creators put out so much content and do so much engagement that it actually feels hard to step back as a fan, which is an icky weird feeling. Sorry to rant and maybe it's just me that's a little turned off by the whole Youtuber & obsessive fandom ecosystem, but I'm fine with waiting a little longer between videos if it gives creators space to work on projects they really like.
